♥Fit: Tonight's HEALTHY Dinner♥

Hey Everyone!

So after completing a Tone it Up video and swimming laps at the gym.... I had an awesome meal tonight with my hubby! I made tilapia on the george and seasoned it with lemon pepper and olive oil and then made asparagus baked in the oven seasoned with a little olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and parmesan! Also made healthy protein cookie dough! It was awesome! I am so full and satisfied and it was all SUPER HEALTHY! Gotta love it! :D Pictures Below & youtube video where I got the recipe for the cookie dough!

♥Fit: Healthy Dishes I have recently whipped up!♥

Hey guys! I know its been awhile since I have posted a blog post... so sorry! Things have been super crazy but def. going well! I am happy to report I have recently signed up for a new gym membership and got an appointment to see a diabetic specialist... But anyways, I wanted to share a couple of healthy dishes I have made because I am trying to improve my diet. A couple of nights ago I made this easy dish and it was soooo yummy! Also I made my own protein granola bars (these are easy to take for a post workout snack)! Pictures below with descriptions....
Pork Chops grilled on George Foreman Grill (marinated) 
Brown & Wild rice topped with sauteed asparagus, roma tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and garlic!

Granola Protein Bars
Ingredients: 
1 cup organic oats
1/2 cup flax seed meal
2 tbsp natural peanut butter (helps hold them together & adds protein)
1/2 mashed banana 
1/2 cup almond milk (I eyeball this so its probably less than 1/2 cup)
protein powder 
dark chocolate chips 
almonds 
chia seeds
cinnamon 
1 packet stevia
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes... cool then wrap!

♥Green Inspired Make-up Look♥

This look I did on the fly for a friend's baby's birthday party! I wanted to try something more bold and out of my comfort zone... Sorry about the not so great pictures... I was in a hurry because we are about to leave... NOW!! :D Let me know what you think??


Sorry about the pouty lips... just wanted to show off the Urban Decay Lip Gloss.. I kept it toned down on the lips due to bright eyes!!


Used E.L.F eye lid primer then Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Chronic and then used E.L.F 100 eye shadow to complete eyeshadow blending and brow highlighting 
Eye Liner: Rimmel Kohl Liner
Mascara: Smashbox Full Exposure
