Pork Chops grilled on George Foreman Grill (marinated)
Brown & Wild rice topped with sauteed asparagus, roma tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and garlic!
Granola Protein Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup organic oats
1/2 cup flax seed meal
2 tbsp natural peanut butter (helps hold them together & adds protein)
1/2 mashed banana
1/2 cup almond milk (I eyeball this so its probably less than 1/2 cup)
protein powder
dark chocolate chips
almonds
chia seeds
cinnamon
1 packet stevia
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes... cool then wrap!
